BRITISH MEN WHO BATTLED ISIS IN SYRIA FACES TRIAL
British men who are accused of joining the banned Kurdish workers party (PKK) are under custody. Some of them have been jailed. Those men denied attending PKK. However, they accept joining the YPG (Kurdish People’s Protection Units) which was supported by the US-led coalition to fight against Isis.
Volunteers who fought against Isis in Syria have accused British authorities of treating them like terrorists as part of hypocritical campaign of harassment.
